Ongoing tasks are not allowed to be created

When I attempted to add an ongoing task: add ongoing task /do 16/4/2022 /start 16:00 /end 17:00

Even though the END_TIME is not in the past, meaning that the task is happening now, the error states that the task is happening in the past. The UG also does not mention any issue with creating ongoing tasks.

This is intended behavior as Sherpass is meant to be an app to help students plan their schedule ahead.

Reason for disagreement: If it is an intended behaviour, this should have been clearly stated in the user guide under the "Adding your tasks" section of the user guide.

However, this is not clearly shown in the user guide for the parameter START_TIME, any part of the "Adding your tasks" section, nor the "FAQ" section of the user guide.

Additionally, as per the introduction of the user guide, it is only described that Sherpass is meant to help students to manage their academic schedules and avoid forgetting tasks and missing deadlines. This does not describe in particular which part of the studying process that Sherpass is meant for, and thus should not stop the user to use it to plan present activities, including ongoing activities.
