Inconsistency of midnight input #9

It is possible to create a task that ends at midnight using the following command: add MidnightTaskCompletion /do 16/04/2022 /start 23:00 /end 24:00 image.png

However, with the same value as shown (0:00), it is not possible: add MidnightTaskCompletion2 /do 16/04/2022 /start 23:00 /end 00:00 image.png
