Project 1: implement AS extensions #105

Implements support for ActivityStreams extensions. This PR includes a complete refactor of the entire types model, along with many other changes.

New:

AP objects are now modeled as a type graph
Objects with multiple types can now be modeled and converted
Entity system - type data is separated from object-oriented representation
New JSON converters that no longer require manual property conversion
New TypeMap and ASEntity base types that work in tandem with ASType

Changed:

JSON-LD context types are compared by value instead of identity
ASType and ASActor can be constructed or converted as standalone types
ASCollection is no longer generic
ASOrderedCollection no longer extends ASCollection
Lots of types are moved or renamed
JSON-LD context, AS type, and unmapped properties are now tracked in TypeMap

Removed:

[CustomJsonSerializer] and [CustomJsonDeserializer] are removed in favor of standard custom converters
[NonNested] is removed
