The project crashes when switching to UWP #3

When building the project and switching to UWP the project crashes. Using Unity 2018.1.3f1

I found that it is due to using old vuforia. Apparently there is a whole procedure to update it as in https://library.vuforia.com/content/vuforia-library/en/articles/Solution/migrate-vuforia-62-to-65.html the crashing is gone but I have not been successful in making it work:(

Hi! The development library is not backwards compatible, you have to use exactly the same version as used during development. Upgrading the project is a manual process that is time consuming. You have to follow the manual steps provided by the development library provider. /Jonas
