Build did not produce cpu miner #50

I am attempting to contribute to the test net and followed the build instructions for the node. Test net was successfully connected but I did not see the cpu miner as prescribed in the documents. It seems to be removed from the build. I think we should keep that?

Thanks. You can see in the readme a link to the janushash miner : https://github.com/CoinFuMasterShifu/janusminer. We change some time ago our algo from CPU to GPU/CPU. You can also use latest beta from bzminer.
