History search and export criteria lists have just one entry

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When I open the Search tab in the History, in the Protocol list there is 
just PUP (no TCP, UDP etc.), and in the Action list there is just Blocked 
(no Allowed, All).
In the Export dialog the Protocol list has just the TCP entry and the 
Action list has just the Blocked entry.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

r162, Windows Xp SP3 32-bit

I'm thinking this may be a UI akin to the "Dropdown list is squashed" bugs we've
previously seen in some of the other listboxes on XP.  (Those listboxes are 
normal
height and contain all list-item choices on my Win7 64-bit machine.)  Do the
listboxes have little up/down arrows on the right that should let you select 
other
choices, like the screenshot attached to the first post of this forum-thread:

Great, thanks for the info!  This should be easy enough to fix, I'd expect 
we'll get
it in prior to 1.0.  If you see any other listboxes behaving like this, please

Also fixing what appear to be the last two dropdown-list controls that could be
exhibiting this same behavior: the Protocol and Action lists in the History 
"File ->
Export To..." window.
