PeerBlock r172 Crashes after install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. during install select default lists
2. seltect create / import
3. on next screen select default lists again and add custom lists
4. finish install, and default lists are duplicated
5. the program crashes
6. had to delete peerblock.config to start over to fix

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

should not have duplicated default lists, but had
only one copy of default lists + custom lists

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

PeerBlock r172, Windows XP Pro 32-Bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

If you do select create / import lists and on the next screen, dont select the 
default lists again, but then add your custom lists, all works well.

This looks like another spot we'll need to make sure we check for duplicate list
creation, as per Issue #100.  Having the same list in there multiple times is 
known
to cause a crash.

your welcome, thanks for creating this great software to update 
the old peer guardian 2, PeerBlock even in the r172 release is better than
PeerGuardian 2 ever was.
