Delete list file after removing from list manager #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a list in the list manager
2. Remove the list from the list manager
3. Check the lists subfolder and find the file of the removed list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected not to see the removed list file in the folder but there it is.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
r168 on XP x64

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

This shouldn't cause any problems (other than wasted harddrive space), but we 
really
should clean up after ourselves better.  Marking as Low-priority since it 
doesn't
adversely affect PeerBlock's operation.
