Crash of PeerBlock

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unknown.  I had PeerBlock running and blocking HTTP under my local account.
2. My wife was logged into her local account on the PC when the crash happened.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to crash?  ;)

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
r187, Windows XP Pro SP3 (3gb ram)

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
Attached are the crash dump and log file.  This is the first crash I have
witnessed with Peerblock.

Looks like this is another instance of Issue #24.  We'd patched around that 
early on
such that it's now much more rare an issue, but still need to re-engineer our
list-downloading code to implement the "official workaround" for this bug.

We plan on getting to this soon, as it's the highest priority bug on our list 
right
now.  Sorry you've hit it in the meantime though...
