Main window column positions not saved #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open PeerBlock
2. Change the sizes of the main window columns
3. Exit PeerBlock
4. Open PeerBlock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Column positions are saved when PeerBlock is closed. Happens before the date 
of this comment http://code.google.com/p/peerblock/issues/detail?id=108#c2

If I may add:
Make them "optimal width" per default and limit the log window to 11 entries 
(that's
the maximum of lines which fit in without scrolling).

Patch for issue.

The "optimal width" and log window entry limit might be better in a different 
issue for 
default configuration.

Hmm, I am rather concerned as to why this bug even exists - is some thread 
being left
open, such that we're never running through the Main_OnDestroy() code?

Other than that though, the patch definitely fixes the symptom.  Thanks!
