Option to allow HTTP on only certain lists #172

Currently, the option to allow HTTP is a global option - it is either on
or off.

It may be useful to allow HTTP on only select lists; leaving HTTP blocked
on others.

For example, the "ads" list could have HTTP blocked (so no ads show in a
browser), but the "level1" (p2p) list might allow HTTP, so access to sites
such as http://www.riaa.org/ could be allowed, whilst blocking all other
ports on these same IPs.

The usefulness of blocking HTTP with a different (and/or less restrictive) list
than for all other ports extends further than just sites like http://riaa.org

The level1 list also includes a boatload of media companies that are behind
many of the news type sites people visit, like time.com, theguardian.co.uk,
etc...

As a result, I find I can't leave HTTP blocking on, or I'm constantly using the
"Allow XXXXX for 1 hour" menu item.

I, for one, would love to see this feature added.
