Configurable temporary block/allow timeframe #180

Could be neat to present an option "Allow IP for X minutes", which would
then let you specify the amount of time for which this should be added to
the Temporary Allow List.  (Block too, of course)  It also might be worth
considering giving people the ability to change the default "15 minute"
timeframe.
