Need way to "Export" default lists #184

When we migrated the Default Lists over to use checkboxes, we lost the
ability to right-click on a list and select "Export to...". This means
that there is currently no way to e.g. export the P2P list to a text-file
for later analysis, or for using it in a different program.

What would probably make sense would be to add an "Export" button to the
"View List" window. This way you could click the View button for a default
list, then click that new Export button to save it as a flat-text .p2p file
to do whatever you want with it.

Problem initially reported in our forums:

I would like to also suggest that when the export function is fixed/enhanced
that you
add an option to auto-export the list after a list update. Such that any other
program that also uses block lists can receive the benefit of PB's updating
process.
