List Manager should use checkboxes for all "known lists" #187

Can “List manager -> Add” please list the “known lists” in a listbox 
not a
combo box, so one can select multiple lists in a single go and click “add”
to get all of them? There’s lots of lists and you have to add each manually
from scratch. Painful!
