Clearing of History Database does not clear `bold` calendar dates #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run peerblock for a number of days to build up history 
2. Click `View History` button
3. Select File-->Clear Database
4. Cick `Yes` in confirmation screen
5. Now if you look at the calendar the `bold` dates that contained your
previous history are still `bold`. Basically it hasn't refreshed the calendar. 

I would deem this low priority.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clearing the database then the `bold` dates in the calendar are shown
as other dates with no history.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

Vista Business SP2
peerblock 1.0+ (r202)

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
