PeerBlock update itself #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Program checks for updates on my block list, and updates on itself
2.downloads updates, tells me there is a peerblock update
3.can not update peerblock itself like my block lists

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the peerblock to download the new version and override the old
version.  but i got a "check website". 

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
PeerBlock 1.0+ (r223)- BETA    32Bit Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Could it be possible to make PeerBlock itself to update like my block
lists? I am using a .ZIP version

Yes, this is a good idea, and is currently planned: Issue #32.  Not a trivial 
thing
to do, but it definitely is something we'd love to have.
