[Feature Request] Show which list block came from #216

This is a feature request / enhancement. I have some blocklist blocking
Kaspersky IP's right now, and I can't identify which one. If there was an
option to identify the block list it came from (such as a separate column),
it would make it a lot easier to troubleshoot issues.

I agree, this would be a great feature to have.  In fact this request is already
tracked, by Issue #15!  =;)
