PeerBlock hangs if pbfilter.sys is not in folder #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close down PeerBlock
2. Delete/rename the pbfilter.sys in the PeerBlock directory
3. Start PeerBlock

What is the expected output?
Message to the user that PeerBlock cannot find the driver, please reinstall
PeerBlock and PeerBlock closes.

What do you see instead?
PeerBlock hangs without a visible window. The error is logged in the log file.

Can't reproduce anymore in latest beta. Possibly fixed in one of the other 
revisions.
