PB opening the User Guide in firefox repeatedly #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. any time peerblock.exe is running

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I believe the expected output  is to only show it once. I see a new tab of
it open about every 5 seconds

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? the latest current and beta on 32-bit XP

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Could you post your peerblock.log file? It is located in the same directory as 
where 
PeerBlock was installed.

Is this still occuring?

If it is, could you try with the latest beta (r404) and see if it still occurs.
