Interesting list, I hadn't heard of that one before!

Their list seems rather slow to download for me here in the U.S., and they only
appear to have ~1000 downloaders right now, so I'm not sure they'd be able to 
handle
all the additional downloads they'd get with us including them in our dropdown 
list
of additional URLs.  

I've talked to the folks running iblocklist.com and let them know about it; 
when/if
they start mirroring that list we'll consider adding it to our Additional URLs 
dropdown.

So what exactly does that list block? I tried checking the website but it's not 
in
English.
