Realtime IP monitoring (upload mb/ download mb / kbps)

I'm just suggesting a feature, it would be nice to have another pane that
shows something like
IP              | Upload MB | Upload Kbps  | Download MB | Download Kbps
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx        508M        800kbs        1.01 GB       1020 kbps 

then have a popup menu to add the ip to a blocklist instant/ allow for xx
min / h   ..etc

i figure since peerblock already uses a driver this could be implemented
pretty easy.

Also with the new port code , tried it and its working good but a few
issues with it, maybe add a seperate button for it so its not with the
allow http button or maybe have a conditional code for it

Netlimiter can already monitor bandwidth, so maybe PB should try and 
investigate using some of the "free" monitoring features of the program to 
integrate into PB?
