What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install peerblock on a machine with a dual monitor set up, with screen
1 (primary) resolution set at say 1680x1050 and screen 2 (secondary) set
at 1280x1024
2. Start peerblock. Update window will appear in the middle of both
desktops (half on one screen, half on the other). Close peerblock.
3. Connect to machine via RDP at say resolution 1024 x 768. Start
Peerblock. Either autoupdate or check for updates button will open the
updates dialog.
Peerblock update window will be off screen and no longer be accessible
(can't alt-tab or cascade windows to make it visible). You have to log in
locally on the machine to be able to see it on screen, and move it to the
middle of the primary screen.
Happens on a Win7 x86 (32 bit) laptop machine.
Tried PeerBlock 1.0 and the latest RC. Issue on both.
I presume this is an issue with the code used to determine the centre of
the desktop in order to position the update dialog box.
Easy workaround is to enable the 'close in x seconds' option.
