An uncaught exception occurred! #323

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start PeerBlock
2.get error when it is Generating List Cache
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect it to load normally, but get this message twice as the the Generating 
List Cache... is going:

An uncaught exception occured!

Please report to PeerBlock...

Message: unable to open file

Then it seems to load up just fine, but worried that the list cache is not 
loading up properly, so it's not blocking everything it should?

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

PeerBlock 1.0 on XP Pro 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Were you using anti virus when that happened?
