improve logging #354

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start and enable peerblock with set "log allowed/log allowed and blocked" in 
the "settings" tab
2.view history

What is the expected output?
the logger logs what i want to see (eg. i can ignore(or dont log or hide) 
specifics ips/ports that i dont want to see)

What do you see instead?
the "view history" shows many unless information that i dont need to know, eg. 
239.255.255.250:1900 , it works as part of UPnP and i know it but this message 
occupied so many space, so i think an ignore/exclude list in the logger tab is 
needed

i attached a .txt file to show how annoying it is
