Peerblock 1.1 can not save settings or output log file #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use PB P2P list only
2.Got to settings tab
3.PB has no "next" settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? "Next" is greyed out; can 
not change how long blocked or allowed list remains.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? PB v1.1 32-bit Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

"Next" is grayed-out, but "Back" is not - that's the one that will bring you 
back to that other settings page.  :)

Our upcoming Beta Release train includes a change here, so that the various 
Settings pages actually show up as their own tabs.  I agree, the current layout 
is a bit confusing...

Marking this bug as "Invalid" in order to close it, as PeerBlock is technically 
working as designed.
