What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting Peerblock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error message:

An uncaught exception occurred!
Buildnumber: 31010100484
File: .\mainproc.cpp
Line: 1175
Type: class p2p::p2p_error
Message: invalid p2b stream: name count expected

What version of PeerBlock are you using? PeerBlock 1.0+ (r484)

On what operating system? 32- or 64-bit? Windows XP SP2 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Make Sure PeerBlock is closed.
Go to your PeerBlock Install folder. ( C:\Program Files\PeerBlock } 
Delete the "cache.p2b"
This should fix your issue.
