Reporting Uncaught Exception Error #391

As requested by PeerBlock 1.1 program, I am reporting an "Uncaught Exception" 
error - Please see attached screen-shot for details. My computer specs are:

CPU = AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core
RAM = 8GB
OS = Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 v6.1(7601)
