address resolution #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My ISP make slow PeerBlock Updates
2. Tried to point PeerBlock Updates with PeerBlock IP number
3. PeerBlock answer me that page doesn't exists.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I espected that as I update by url name (list.iblocklist.com), I could update 
just with the res. host IP (69.72.235.243)

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
I use lastone ver of PB on Win7 x32

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
