Standardize history "Log Blocked" dropdown in Settings panel #53

In the History section on the first page of the Settings panel, the
dropdown list where you can select e.g. "Log Blocked" is not the same as
the "Archive & Remove" dropdown list.  These two should be standardized,
probably as per the second one.

Hmm, both these dropdown lists look the same on my Vista 64-bit laptop, no 
weird "Log
Blocked" dropdown as per the screenshot on the PG2 Forum post.  Does anyone 
else see
the problem?

Works just fine here, never seen that happen. I'm using XP x64.

After numerous repro-attempts by the Beta Team, looks like this problem is 
specific
to 32-bit XP.
