IPv6 addresses don't show up in History #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "Show allowed connections" option to make sure you're seeing at
least some IPv6 traffic
2. Watch for an IPv6 address to scroll by
3. Click "View History" button, look for that IPv6 address

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: that IPv6 address should show up in the History log
Actual: no IPv6 addresses show up in the History logs at all

Problem initially reported in the PG2 forums:

PeerBlock r91 (latest trunk version), on Win7 x64 RC1.
