Option to start programs after PeerBlock starts #69

Users have requested the ability to start specific programs (e.g. uTorrent)
after PeerBlock starts.  I agree that this would be a nice feature to have.

just write a .bat program to open peerblock program, pause a number of seconds 
and
then run your utorrent program.  It's what I used to do to run FRAPS with 
games. 
Check out the attachment or google "mutiple program bat shortcut".
