What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have your PB set to "Do nothing" and the dial on "0" days, as it would
be with a clean install of PB
2. Change it to "Archive and Remove" and press the up arrow by the "Every 0
days"
3. Note how it increases from 0 to 2 days in one step, skipping 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
0 -> 1 -> 2
0 -> 2 -> 3

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r120 both on WinXP SP3 and Win7 x64 RTM

Please provide any additional information below.
A very minor bug, not influencing functionality -> Low Priority

Heh, weird. Should be easy enough to fix. What I'll probably do is just set the field to 1 as soon as you select something other than "Do nothing" - "Archive & Delete every 0 days" doesn't seem like a reasonable setting...
