Update disable bug #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start update while enabled.
2. Right click on the task icon in the middle of the update and click
disable. The program freezes and stops responding no DMP file is created
and a manual end task is needed to close the program...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should allow the program to disable with out freezing it, or disable the
disable function until the update is finished.

Thoughts: Maybe an "Enable on close of update window function" to re enable
the ability to disable the app would fix this issue quite nicely...

Looks like the fix for Issue 77 resolved this one as well.  Fixed in r137.
