Improve error reporting for failed list-updates #86

When we have problems downloading updated blocklists, we simply display the
message "Error contacting url".  We should at least include the HTTP code
that resulted in an error, if nothing else.  More data is available in
peerblock.log, but presenting the data here should make it easier to
troubleshoot these sorts of problems as users would be more likely to
include it in their initial problem-report.
