Browse function - implement album folders instead of track list for an artist #24

At the moment, when using browse mode, I get a list of all tracks on all albums in one view when I choose an artist folder.

Expected behaviour: browse -> music folders -> artists -> albums -> tracks

Using Kodi 18 and Madsonic 6.3xxx

This has been added as a setting option in 03da132
