Timetrial update #16

Updates timetrials from one record pr. track, to keeping track of times on a per vehicle class base, and showing a top three (or more) records list when in a trial start zone.

Also keeps track of personal bests for all players, and gives a smaller reward when you beat your own time.

This is a much larger PR, which also actually changes the way the mod works in some way :)

I am on the Discord now, so you can chat me up there if you want to discuss anything, or tell me that this is not in your vision for the mod, if that happens to be the case.

Some of your ideas were implemented, thank you! Also, I'm not sure about storing that much Time Trial data as having one record per track seems enough for me, sorry :(
