Quick Draw feature Broken #128

After a few other players talking about it,

I Just checked in Wasabee Draw Tools - 0.17.20200427211054 on Desktop (Firefox)( iitc BASE v 0.30.1.0411200029) and it worked correctly (This time) BUT Wasabee Draw Tools - 0.17.20200427211054 on Desktop (Firefox)(iitc BASE v. 0.26.0.20170108.21732)

Quick Draw layers is selectable, but not actually allowing selection of even the FIRST portal. The "End" was working, but as the script didn't start.
There was Not an error in the debug to cite either.

~~ I had this bug with quick draw few times, not sure if it was with 0.15 or 0.17. I'll be more cautious from now on.

~~ the version of iitc i have on chrome is Version: 0.26.0.20170108.21732 [iitc] and i can click the portals and draw the links. but end doesnt' go away, doesn't stop, and escape doesn't fix it.
~~ Firefox with iitc 30.1 CW gets nothing from quick draw. can click porta,s, but no markers, links , or end flyout (Sounds like QD Script isn't running)

This will be addressed more when I work on the touch events.

The fix for now is to use IITC-CE. I will not do further debugging on this until I work on touch events.

Just an informational note for future reference: The tests done in firefox were with iitc-ce, latest level of both.

The issue is not about touch event (at least on recent build and current iitc-ce mobile/leaflet) It was likely related to QD state machine and iitc event.
