OP/Anchor/Link Colors #169

Colors are difficult to discern and make it difficult to read the text.

At the moment, OP colors are limited to 8 predefined colors (also forced by the server), we should allow any color the user wants

For links, we can use the ➤ U+27A4 symbol image

For colors to be good togethers you can use https://coolors.co/cbe896-aac0aa-fcdfa6-a18276-f4b886. For key I think it's better to use the convention that is green for ok and red for nok. Use virus color : #B497D6 Enough keys : #63C132 dont have enough key : #E55934 Exclude form auto draw mark :#66CED6 Meet agent : #FDCA40 Go to : #DB5ABA link : #337357 Get keys : #B4CEB3 Farm : #F7B538 That's an idea to make this more readable

These colors were chosen when I was working on making all the windows lighter (closer to the popups for anchors/markers). But several people hated that so we went back to the stock window colors, which made these colors ill-suited.

We can find better colors if we are staying with the stock window colors, or we can change the stock window colors... many options

We have the ability to create skin packs, and make those packs available for people to use instead of the default colors if they don't like them. There's no reason to change the defaults, instead the time and resources would be better put into making those skin packs.

This issue is partially addressed by the skin system, and color work in IITC/Server Color choices are postpone for +0.19

all options are now in current 018_FEATURE branch
