Language key parity #267

This phase of the update makes sure that every key exists in every language file. They have also been alphabetized. Missing keys added to other language files remain in English. It is my hope that someone will see missing translations in their language and choose to contribute.

this brokes the build and removes needed strings (assigned pending)

So "assigned" and "pending" are missing? I didn't remove those, were they new?
