Separate model and ui code #274

Most of code move from ./ to ./model Some parts go to ./ui Parts of map drawing go also to ./ui

We may feel also logical to move other ui function but, the main part is about ThingUI.* everywhere

I removed WasabeeAnchor since it has no special meaning with respect to the data model. Anchors are only the list of linked portal's IDs They only have a special meaning for the rendering (thus ./ui/anchor.js)
