Deltas #277

We have "reference time" and deltas on tasks (links and markers) in the op structure and stored on the server.

We need UI in Wasabee-IITC and the WebUI to adjust these values. Support in the mobile client can come after we get IITC working.

Open up the checklist (or a new dialog?)

on each task, set an integer number of minutes the task is to be completed before (-x) or after (x) the reference time.

Display the calculated target time of each step

[step] [task] [delta] [target time]

  2. Link "Fancy Bench" to "Hope and Glory" [-22] Jan 31, 2020 8:39 AM provide an option to renumber the steps based on the delta.
