Keys/Zone autodraw

Use key marker or zone for autodraw Zone needs the user to wait for portal to load in the zone (no feedback except iitc loading and portal count after iitc load)

Other auto-draw do not seem to need a zone feature

Additional changes:

• factor common ui parts
• fix: flipflop without split fails
• fix: zone are interactive
