Feature request: auto-mark adds dependencies #310

Given the forthcoming dependsOn values for tasks, it makes sense for blocker-auto-mark to add to each link a dependsOn for any markers which were placed to make establishing the link possible.

I can look into this once core dependsOn support is added.
