fix #345

Remaining circular dependencies are:

~ui/operation and dialog/authDialog due to fullSync command opening the auth dialog on authentication error~
firebase, server, model/cache and auth:
- auth uses cache to guarantee a me object from ott and aptok api point
- server uses auth for JWT
- firebase uses auth to post JWT
- auth uses firebase to report gapi error
