ECB breaks down when exiting it in other workspace, then switching to workspace that had it on #26

See title. Either fix it (unlikely) or figure out how it exactly works to have an appropriate warning in the README.

Hmm, cannot reproduce that now, instead its deleting all other windows on activation and supports workspace switching just fine. Oh well.

The only thing I managed to get again was an ECB-winner interaction problem.
