eyebrowse overrides the keybinding for org-refile in org capture buffers. From syl20bnr/spacemacs#10729

Customize the prefix. The README explains how it's done. Surely Spacemacs allows applying customizations before packages are loaded up, no? If not, consider switching to something less bad.
