Does not display first message(whatsapp, sms, etc) header notification,From the second notification are shown #1387

Does not display the first whatsapp header notification, you have to wait for the second whatsapp (and another SMS apps) message to display the header notification correctly and to be able to reply from there. From the second notification the header notifications are shown . Can you fix it? Thanks a lot
