First of all the dialog should give much much more space to the text editor that is what really matter. But this is a general consideration that can be expanded to many dialogs and probably we will review in the re-design process.

As per title, in this dialog, we should add some info (or in the title or also like a kind of header before the big text area): Now we have the process Obj Id. Add info about: Operation Type. "Name" (is app name for apps, file name for download etc) State

Good! But again sorry, maybe I was not clear, now the proc ws id is not there anymore... can we re-add it please? Thanks
