App list not updated after deploy

In the editor:

1. open apps
2. deploy an app
3. wait for the deployment to complete
4. search for the newly deployed app: it's not there because the list is not updated. Close apps and reopen, and it appears.

The list should be updated once the deploy is done (or the app could be added using the input just passed by the user - but maybe this is riskier)
