It looks to me like you've got javascript turned off? If that's the case, then 
it is
correct that asmSelect will not work, and this would be the correct behavior. 
If you
don't have javascript disabled, then can you provide more info on how to 
reproduce
this? For instance, are you running some security software or browser plugins 
that
may be interfering with javascript? I have been unable to reproduce this in any
version of IE.

Not heard any more on this issue and have been unable to duplicate or find 
anyone
else that can, so am closing this for now.
